ENGAGEMENT

Start with evidence. Prove one market. Scale the system.

Modular entry reduces buying risk. Recurring programs create durable value.

Four ways in.

Step

Growth blueprint

A diagnostic against your own numbers: passings and RFI reconciliation, MDU exposure, buy-flow teardown, channel CAC disaggregation, competitive overlay and a seam audit. Delivered as a decision document with a named next action.

Step

90-day proof on one market

A controlled engagement on a single market or RFI release. Bench built in the RFS window, buy flow instrumented, burst converted, results measured against a denominator agreed before we start.

Step

Full growth program

The operating system across the footprint — media across every channel, data and personas, buy-flow technology, sales engineering, content and video, launch support and lifecycle programs.

Step

Build-to-suit technology

Where you need owned technology rather than a service: buy-flow rebuild, serviceability integration, address ID enforcement, journey infrastructure or the reporting layer, built and handed over.

INVESTMENT LOGIC

Price the leak, not the channel.

Scope is quoted against the constraint rather than sold as a package, because the same budget solves very different problems depending on where the funnel is breaking.

If a market has awareness but weak address checks, the site and the offer are the issue. If address checks are strong but installs are weak, it is the CRM, the sales handoff or the install calendar. If media produces traffic but no subscriber movement, serviceability targeting or the conversion architecture is broken. Spending more on the channel is the wrong answer in all three.

We also gate our own growth. Lighthouse clients first, reusable IP built once and applied across engagements, and capacity gates that stop us taking a market we cannot staff properly.

HOW WE DELIVER

A focused team with an established delivery engine behind it.

Fiber Velocity is a partnership among Joe Oltmann, Steve Smith and Joey Broadway, combining commercial leadership with operating experience inside both a century-old incumbent ILEC and a well-funded greenfield FTTH build.

Fiber Velocity carries the mandate and the client relationship. Behind it sits an established delivery organization supplying capacity across software and web development, data services, media buying, reporting, and content and video production — including a Trade Desk seat, Meta business partnership, Google partnership with alpha and beta access, and over $350M in managed media.

That structure is why a team this focused can execute at this breadth. It is also why we can take a market without a hiring cycle in front of it.

Ownership, economics and governance are business-plan assumptions and will be established in definitive partnership documents.
